I work nights so about the time I'm knocking off, these folks are starting their day. It's nice to have options so early in the morning, and their attitudes are always pleasant and helpful. The place is clean and the food is good
Some of the worst service I have EVER received, upon ordering I had to ask if there was a problem because the lady taking my order wouldn't even look at me. They were out of sweet tea and chicken which we were not notified of. When we got our order we opened to find a cheeseburger, which was wrong, I took it up to the same cashier and she said they just gave a cheeseburger because they were out of chicken. She acted like I was crazy for saying something about it. This USE to be a regular place for us to stop and eat, but not anymore. Employees need a lot of customer service training!
terrible service. employees was rude and unhelpful. would never eat here again. never got my food or money back. very mad.
Service was incredibly slow, on the order of 10-15 minutes for a meal when no one is in line, and they still got it wrong.
First time going to this place. It was 2pm and not busy. Mens bathroom horrable. As I stoor in line, only 3 employees working. The kitchen from the view of the customer standing at the counter, there was food and trash on the floor. Employees walking right over trash. While taking tue customers order, employees leaning on counter as if they were bord and lazy. I left!!!!
